SMS Privacy Notice

Porchlight Relay offers optional text alerts for registered caregivers and care-team members who choose to receive SMS notifications.

Information used for SMS alerts

If you opt in to text alerts, Porchlight Relay collects and stores your mobile number, SMS notification preferences, and SMS consent records. This information is used only to send requested Porchlight Relay text alerts and provide related support.

No marketing sharing

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Porchlight Relay does not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent data.

Service providers

Porchlight Relay may use SMS delivery providers, such as Twilio, to deliver requested text alerts. These providers process mobile numbers only as needed to deliver the requested SMS service.

Your choices

You can disable SMS alerts in Porchlight Relay Settings or reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. SMS alerts are optional and are not required to use Porchlight Relay.
